Quality Hanger Co. provides a commitment of excellence in shipping. We guarantee that all our items will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 3 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday excluding National Holidays. We ship our items via UPS unless another method is specified during checkout. All of our shipments are guaranteed and insured to arrive to your address free of any damage or losses. If for any reason you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation and please take pictures to document the damage. We will respond quickly and resolve this rare situation in a timely manner.

Returns & Replacements
We will be more than happy to accept returns of brand new merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Please contact us directly by email with your return request, and we will promptly process your RMA so we can get the return back. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

If for any reason you feel you were charged incorrectly, or there is an incorrect price on our website, we encourage our customers to let us know so we can immediately resolve the pricing error. Any sale price on any of our hangers is available only at the time of the sale, with no rain checks of any kind. We reserve the right to change prices if necessary.
